These plans are custom made to support all types of family dynamics and any sleep struggle that you are facing at the moment.
What's Next?
We will have an initial phone call to get to know each other and gather information. Then you will be asked to complete an intake form that will provide all the necessary information. Your custom plan will be sent to you and during our 1 hour consultation (in-home or virtual) you will be coached through every aspect of the plan. After the consultation, you will be supported every step of the way!

Leslie is an amazing sleep teacher! She listened to our concerns and goals and put together the perfect plan for our family. When she met with us, my 4.5 year old daughter loved her "sleep teacher" and was excited to work with Ms. Leslie!
